How can I be confident that I'll be satisfied with my brow and lash results?

During this consultation, our experienced beauticians will discuss your goals and assess your individual needs to tailor our services accordingly. Additionally, we include brow mapping with every brow service to ensure that we achieve the precise look you desire.

How much downtime can I expect for Brow and Lash services?

For both brow lamination and lash lift procedures, downtime usually lasts 24 to 48 hours. During this period, it's best to avoid getting the treated areas wet, applying makeup or oily skincare products directly on the brows and/or lashes, and participating in activities that may lead to excessive sweating. This ensures optimal results and lasting effects. Unlike these procedures, other brow and lash services like tinting and threading require no downtime.

Is there any risk of damage to my brow and lash hairs from tinting?

Our beauticians always proceed with care and caution during brow and lash tinting procedures. If we notice any signs that the procedure may not be safe for you due to previous damage, we will inform you. However, tinting is safe when performed by trained professionals using high-quality, all-natural products. Our gentle dyes are specifically formulated to minimise harm to your hair, ensuring a safe and effective treatment that leaves no damage.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes! We are currently implementing a new booking system so we ask you to please call our store on 0434 093 445 to secure your appointment, otherwise, we gladly accept walk-ins.

Makeup and Hair Questions

Can makeup services be provided off-site for special events, such as at my home or event venue?

Yes! We offer makeup services both in-store and on-location for your convenience. Whether you prefer to visit us at our location or have us come to you, we've got you covered. Travel is calculated from Coral Beauty South Yarra, and toll and parking fees apply for on-location services, depending on the distance travelled. Please feel free to contact us for more information and to discuss your specific needs.

Iā€™m not sure what my desired makeup look classifies as. How will I know how much it costs?

Our makeup and hair services booking page offers categories such as 'formal,' 'semi-formal,' and 'casual' for your convenience. However, we recognize that these classifications may not always reflect your unique vision. That's why we encourage all clients to inquire via our Contact Us portal. Here, we'll discuss your desired makeup look and provide a personalized quote tailored to your needs. Whether you have a clear idea or need suggestions based on your event, our team is dedicated to bringing your vision to life and ensuring your complete satisfaction on the big day

How far in advance should I book my appointment?

The timing for booking appointments can vary depending on our availability, especially during busy periods. Generally, appointments can be scheduled up to 1 day before the event if we have availability. However, we highly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Once the deposit payment has been made, your booking will be fully secured, giving you peace of mind. Additionally, booking in advance allows ample time for communication with our makeup artists regarding your desired look and the potential booking of a trial makeup session before your special day.

Do I need to bring my own false lashes?"

Answer: "No need to worry! We provide everything you need for your appointment, including lashes and lash application. These costs are already included in your makeup booking. However, if you prefer to use your own false lashes, that's perfectly fine too. We'll apply them at no extra cost to you.

What is your cancellation policy?

We appreciate your understanding that once a booking is made, it is considered final. Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking are subject to forfeiture of the deposit to cover the time and loss of full service. We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability and appreciate your cooperation in honoring your scheduled appointments.
